Over the next few months, residents of Faulkey Gully Municipal Utility District (“the District”) may notice Texas Pride Utilities’ crews working in the District.

The work is part of the District’s Phase 1-5 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project which includes repairing the existing sanitary sewer collection system through methods such as point repairs, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), pipe bursting, and mechanical cleaning.

Work may involve the need for the Contractor to enter individual properties in order to access the sanitary sewer collection system.

Customers will receive written notification in advance with contact information.

The Project is essential for extending the life of the District’s infrastructure and ensuring the continued delivery of reliable service to its Customers.

Chief Solutions (the “Contractor”) has been Contracted by the District to clean, televise, and inspect the District’s sanitary sewer system.

This inspection generally consists of water jetting the sanitary sewer pipes and inspecting by video camera for any deficiencies that may need to be repaired.

The Contractor will gain access to the sanitary sewer lines via manholes that are located within the public road right-of-way, or within back-lot utility easements.

The Contractor is approximately 65% complete with Phases 2-5, as denoted in the accompanying map. They anticipate being complete by mid May 2024.
